In a fiery pre-inauguration rally attended by tens of thousands of enthusiastic supporters, President Donald J. Trump laid out an ambitious roadmap for his second term. Speaking in front of an electric crowd waving American flags and "Make America Great Again" and 47 signs, Trump promised to deliver sweeping reforms to "Make America Great Again."
The rally, held at Capitol One Arena highlighted key priorities for the administration's next four years, including tackling corruption in Washington, D.C., securing the southern border, reviving domestic energy production, enforcing law and order, and eliminating woke ideologies in schools and the military.
Reiterating his 2016 promise to "drain the swamp," Trump vowed to crack down on what he described as the entrenched corruption of the political establishment in Washington.
Addressing what he called the "invasion" of illegal immigration at the U.S.-Mexico border, Trump promised to finish building the border wall and enforce stricter immigration policies. Trump and his supporters have very publicly criticized the Biden administration for its handling of border security, citing record-high numbers of illegal crossings.
