Full Report:

In an exclusive interview with Newsmax, Miami-Dade County Commissioner Kevin Cabrera confidently predicted that former President Donald Trump will be the first Republican candidate to win the Hispanic vote nationwide. Cabrera, who recently introduced Trump at his rally in Doral, Florida, emphasized the growing unity among Hispanic voters behind Trump.

Cabrera highlighted recent polls showing Trump leading among Hispanic voters, stating, "My prediction is he will be the first Republican presidential candidate to win the Hispanic vote nationally."

Drawing a sharp contrast between Trump and the current administration, Cabrera remarked, "The other side is in free fall. They don't know who their candidate is going to be. Maybe it's Joe Biden, maybe it's Kamala Harris, maybe Gavin Newsom. But they have yet to figure that out."

Cabrera also pointed to a recent Emerson poll showing Trump ahead in key swing states, including Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. He noted that Florida, once a battleground state, now boasts a significant Republican majority. "We went from a state that had nearly 800,000 more Democrats than Republicans when President Obama won to now having nearly a million more Republicans than Democrats in Florida," Cabrera explained.

Trump's visit to his Trump National Doral Miami resort was well-received, with Cabrera praising the event's location as "one of the most beautiful golf courses in all of the states." He added that many Floridians feel they were better off under Trump's leadership, citing historic unemployment rates among minorities and Florida's diverse population.

Cabrera also discussed the potential vice-presidential picks for Trump, mentioning North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum, Sen. J.D. Vance of Ohio, and Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida as frontrunners. He expressed hope that Rubio would be chosen, calling him "ready to be president on day one" and highlighting Rubio's ability to connect with Hispanic voters.

In a hypothetical vice-presidential debate, Cabrera predicted that Rubio would "mop the floor" with Kamala Harris, citing Rubio's oratory skills and charismatic presence. "He has a record to run on, and so does President Trump, while the Biden-Harris ticket has nothing, absolutely nothing to run on besides failed promises and the destruction of our country," Cabrera concluded.
