Enriquez pointed to a cultural shift among young Latinos who, while balancing their heritage, remain focused on achieving the American Dream, and find Trump’s platform increasingly resonant.
Enriquez emphasized that young Latinos are one of the fastest-growing demographic groups in the U.S., not just by numbers but also in their political influence. This generation, he said, is particularly driven by issues such as economic empowerment, job growth, and immigration reform that aligns with American interests—factors he believes Trump’s policies addressed effectively during his presidency. “Young Latinos are inherently conservative because they value hard work, family, and faith,” Enriquez told Laura Ingraham. “Trump's platform embodies those principles, and young Latinos are taking notice.”
Citing recent polls, Enriquez highlighted that Latino support for Trump has steadily increased, especially in states with large Hispanic populations such as Texas and Florida. Enriquez attributed this to what he described as the "unfiltered" way Trump communicates his vision, which he believes resonates with younger Latinos who are disillusioned by “political doublespeak” and drawn instead to straight-shooting, results-driven leaders.

One of the most attractive elements of Trump’s platform for young Latinos, Enriquez noted, is his economic policy. “Under Trump, we saw a record-low unemployment rate for Hispanics, more opportunities for entrepreneurship, and policies that promoted small business growth,” Enriquez noted. For many young Latinos who aspire to own businesses or climb the corporate ladder, Enriquez suggested, these policies appeal far more than those of the current administration, which he criticized for failing to address rising inflation and economic instability that, he argues, disproportionately affects minority communities.
Conservative Values: Family, Faith, and Freedom
Enriquez also explained that cultural and family-oriented values play a significant role in drawing young Latinos toward Trump. The Latino community, he noted, places a high priority on family, faith, and freedom—values central to conservative ideology. “The family unit is at the core of Latino culture, and that’s something Trump and his supporters have always championed,” Enriquez said. This alignment, he believes, makes young Latinos feel more at home within the conservative movement.
